Oscar and the other two birds live in Christchurch, New Zealand. He is a star on the internet and has its own Instagram page along with George and Poppy, the two other birds.
The parrot seems to not only mimic human speech but also recognize its meaning as it shouts ‘peek-a-boo’ at the opportune time, revealing itself to the frustrated feline.
