Raccoon Knocks on a Glass Door With Rock When Cat Food Bowl Is Empty

This incredibly clever raccoon with the nickname “Rocksy” is a frequent guest to the house of Zoosie. She hits the sliding glass door with a rock between her paws, to indicate that there’s cat food that needs to be refilled. As Zoosie said, a raccoon, is not supposed to be scared of Rocky, but it is merely Rocky going for nourishment for herself and her family.

Rocksy is a mother who is trying to get food for her babies. At night, the raccoon stays with her babies and protect them from the predators. But in the day she goes for food and steals cat’s food.

Raccoons are very common guests at Zoosie’s house. Back in 2013, she posted a video showing of her little dog Rascal playing with the raccoons through the sliding glass door.

“For years, a family of raccoons has lived in my yard. They are adorable and I am blessed to have them live on my property. They are curious creatures and each night… they come to my back door and look in! My little dog looks forward to their nightly visits because they play through the glass! It is hysterical and happens each night! He will paw at the door for 30 minutes… it’s great exercise! I would NEVER let him out… but it is sure fun to watch them play! “
